Late Arrivals, Cancellations of scheduled Booking and No Show up cause scheduling conflicts for our staff and other customers. Due to the cost and lost of time of preparations, cost to hold the room and reserve a therapist etc, we kindly ask that you take note of the following when booking an appointment with us.

Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act provides that consumers can cancel reservations or bookings and that the supplier of the goods and services may impose a reasonable cancellation charge. RTS require a minimum 50% deposit to confirm appointments, services booked for single or multiple persons. Confirmation of booking is subject to a deposit being paid (via EFT) timorously.

As following:

1. 1. Appointment Cancellations: Please give a minimum of 3 hours notice for all appointment cancellations in which case you will receive a full refund of the deposit amount paid. Notice of Cancellation can be done via Whatsapp or Email but pleases call if you are able to do so.
2. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 - 15 Minutes prior to your scheduled Booking. Please call us if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you, however, out of respect for other clients’ time, Arriving late for your service will decrease treatment time and forfeit for any specials. We will do our best to accommodate what we can in time allow.
3. No Show Up: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled Booking will forfeit their deposit. In the case of a Gift Voucher or Complimentary Services, 100% of value will be forfeited.
4. Rescheduled appointments: RTS reserves the right to charge in full.
5. Payments: We accept Cash, EFT and all major credit and debit cards. EFT Payment confirmation after payment reflects in our bank account. SMS notifications receive from clients’ bank will not be accepted as proof of payment.
6. Gift Voucher: RTS Gift Voucher valid 6 months from date of issue. Non Refundable, cannot under any circumstance be redeem or exchanged for cash.

Deposits must be paid by EFT only, Not Cash Deposit, and no Cheques Deposit will be accepted.
